Disclosed is an apparatus for cleaning an organic matter using an ozone fine bubble, which comprises: a floating tank storing water which contains a fine bubble capable of soaking a cleaning target to raise an organic matter attached to the cleaning target to the surface; and an oxidation tank storing water which contains an ozone fine bubble soaked in the water which contains a fine bubble of the floating tank and capable of soaking a discharged cleaning target.
