The present invention relates to a push pull type door lock device capable of smoothly opening a door by push or pull operation but also facilitating manufacture and maintenance. A push pull type door lock device according to the present invention includes: a first main body which comprises a first support combined with the inside or outside of a door, a first housing combined with the first support, and a first lever which is combined with the first housing, rotates an operation unit by a push operation, and releases a lock unit on the door; and a second main body which comprises a second support combined with the inside or the outside of the door, a second housing combined with the second support, a second lever which is combined with the second housing, rotates the operation unit by a pull operation, and releases the locking unit on the door. An operation member, which is moved back and forth by push and pull operations, is prepared in the first and the second levers. A driving gear rotates clockwise or counterclockwise by allowing the operation member to move back and forth to the first and the second supports. A driven gear is geared with the driving gear. A fixing plate supports the driving gear to be rotated. |
