The present invention provides a system for discharging hazardous materials, which comprises: a support unit installed in an outer side of a ship or a marine structure; a moving unit supported by the support unit and installed to be moved to the outside of a ship or a marine structure; a storage unit installed in the moving unit to be moved together, and storing hazardous materials; and a coupling unit coupling the moving unit and the support for the moving unit to be separable from the support unit. |
