METHOD OF REUSING WASTE SOLUTION FROM PRETREATMENT PROCESS TO PRODUCE SUGAR USING BIOMASS

The present invention relates to a method for reusing the waste liquid from a pre-treatment process performed to produce sugar from biomass. The method includes the steps of: adding a mixture of the biomass and a first alkaline solution in a pre-treatment reactor to perform a pre-treatment process; adding the pre-treated biomass solution form the pre-treatment process into a solid-liquid separator to separate the solution into solid substances and a waste solvent; adding the separated solid substances to a glycosylation apparatus to ferment and glycosylate the solid substances; adding the separated waste solvent and a second alkaline solution to an alkaline concentration adjuster to adjust the concentration of the waste solvent; and adding the waste solvent with the adjusted concentration to the pre-treatment reactor to reuse the waste solvent in the pre-treatment process.
