A road surface adaptive adjustable driving wheel using electroactive polymer is provided to change the shape according to the changes in road surface environment, such as the roughness of road surface, by using an electroactive polymer matrix, to implement a wheel that can actively change according to the road surface environment by including electroactive polymer in a cell array made with a bulkhead and individually controlling the driving of electroactive polymer inside each cell array that constitutes the matrix.
