The present invention relates to bosentan, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and an oral controlled-release bosentan agent including the bosentan solvates as an active ingredient and a sustained-release base, and a preparation method thereof. The present invention can reduce the number of doses of bosentan and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts solvates thereof to enable the substances to be consumed more easily, thereby increasing the medication compliance. The present invention can also reduce the side effects while enhancing the effectiveness of the treatment. The present invention also can prepare the oral controlled-release bosentan agent effectively.
