The present invention discloses a coupon management system and a device and a method thereof based on store access information. An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communications unit which performs data communications with a customer-side terminal; a terminal exit/entry detection unit which determines the exit or entry of users based on access information; an electronic coupon database which stores electronic coupons issued to the customer-side terminals; and a control unit which controls to transmit a control signal, which generates a coupon list after searching for the electronic coupon database if the terminal exit/entry detection unit detects that the user′s terminal has entered the store, controls the generated coupon list to be transmitted to the user′s terminal using the communications unit, and deletes the day′s coupons included in the coupon list if it is determined that the user′s terminal has exited the store, to be transmitted to the user′s terminal using the communications unit. |
