The present invention relates to a dousing water tank which mixes and stores rain water and fresh water, and more specifically, to a dousing water tank comprising: a body (100) in which a rain water flow path (200) that rain water moves is formed at the top; and an initial rain water settling tank (300) formed on the rain water flow path (200) and formed in a space which is settled at the bottom compared to the rain water flow path (200) to settle initial rain water and bypass last rain water among rain water which moves in the rain water flow path (200), and to a method for providing water using the same.
