In an information processing system (1), a display control unit (2) displays a first form, which contains multiple fields, on a terminal device. A reception unit (3) receives the input for the fields contained in the first form from a user. A determination unit (4) determines whether the inputted fields contained in the first form each fulfill determination conditions that are pre-associated with the respective fields. If an insufficient field, the determination condition of which is not fulfilled, is present among the inputted fields contained in the first form, the display control unit (2) displays, on the terminal device, a second form in which the insufficient fields are arranged with priority over sufficient fields, the determination conditions of which are fulfilled, of the inputted fields contained in the first form, and the reception unit (3) receives the input for the fields contained in the second form from the user. |
