PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that allows easily performing positioning work of control terminals even when the control terminals do not protrude from an opening.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes semiconductor modules 2, a control circuit substrate 3, and a case 4. Each semiconductor module 2 includes a body portion 21 including a semiconductor element, and a plurality of control terminals 22. The control circuit substrate 3 is connected to the control terminals 22 from a direction (Z direction) in which tips of the control terminals 22 extend. The case 4 includes a wall portion 40, an opening 5a, an auxiliary opening 5b, a cover, and an auxiliary cover. The opening 5a is formed in the wall portion 40 so as to open in the Z direction. The cover is attached to the opening 5a. The auxiliary cover is attached to the auxiliary opening 5b. The auxiliary opening 5b is formed in the wall portion 40 so as to penetrate from a direction orthogonal to the Z direction to the control terminals 22. |
