INTERVAL-ORIENTED MULTI-FUNCTIONAL SECONDARY DEVICE OF INTELLIGENT SUBSTATION, AND SAMPLING PLATFORM

An interval-oriented multi-functional secondary device of an intelligent substation, and a sampling platform. The secondary device is integrated with three measurement functions, i.e. steady-state telemetering measurement, synchronization phasor measurement and electric energy calculation in the substation. The device comprises an AD interface element, a frequency tracing and re-sampling element, a steady-state calculating element, a frequency calculating element, a phasor calculating element and an electric energy calculating element. The digital sampling platform adopts the PCIe high-speed bus technology and the LVDS back panel exchange technology, thereby solving the problems of high sampling capacity and real-time data exchange, so that the requirement of fusing the three measurement algorithms can be satisfied.
