<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector having high connection reliability by securely fitting to an electric connector on the opposite side.SOLUTION: A female-side housing 110 of a female-side electric connector 100 includes a short-circuit terminal 130 for detecting electric connection to a male-side electric connector 200. The short-circuit terminal 130 includes: a stationary part 131 fixed to the female-side housing 110; a short-circuit part 132 contacting to a detection terminal 230, formed on a terminal support part 216 of the male-side electric connector 200, to make a short circuit; a buffer part 133 elastically deformed according to the displacement of a short-circuit part 132; and an energizing part 134 for assisting energization to restore a lock arm part 113 which is elastically warped when fitting to the male-side electric connector 200 and then restored to engage with the male-side electric connector 200.</p> |
