<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a vibration element superior in both of vibration characteristic and impact resistance; a vibrator which has such a vibration element and high in reliability; an oscillator; an electronic device; and a mobile object.SOLUTION: A vibration element 2 comprises a crystal vibration piece 3. The crystal vibration piece 3 includes: a base part 31; vibration arms 32 and 33 extending from one end of the base part; a connection part 34 disposed on the side of the other end of the base part 31; and a joint 35 located between the base part 31 and the connection part 34 and joining them to each other. Supposing that the thickness of the crystal vibration piece 3 is T, the width of the base part 31 is W1, and the width of the joint 35 is W2, the thickness T and the widths W1 and W2 satisfy the following relations: 110μm≤T≤210μm; and 0.469≤W2/W1≤0.871.</p> |
