摘要 The present invention relates to an ultra-high performance fiber-reinforced non-shrinking grout and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention mixes the silica fume, filler, expandable material, and curing promoter with the non-shrinking grout binder to enhance the workability, volume variation, mechanical properties, and durability. The present invention also adds reinforcing fibers to the cement paste for the non-shrinking grout to increase the compression strength. The present invention enhances the workability, volume variation, mechanical properties, and durability to be used to fill the saddle to support a bridge cable, the connection area of offshore wind towers and the base or be used as a post-tension grout, base grout, anchor bolt fixing filler, and filler for the lifting area beneath a machine base.
