This membrane anchor mechanism (4) is for fixing a membrane (2b) to a concrete wall (2a), said membrane being provided on the inner surface of the concrete wall with a thermal insulation member (2d) interposed therebetween. The membrane anchor mechanism (4) is provided with rod-like legs (4a) which are upstanding from the concrete wall, an anchor (4e) which, separated from the concrete wall, is supported by the legs and which is inserted into a through-hole passing through the thermal insulation member and the membrane, and a holding component (4f) which is fixed to the anchor via a through-hole and which holds down the membrane. |
