PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve power saving by controlling an actual flow without using a valve element, and to enable energy recycling and contribute to energy saving by recovering part of energy disposed off as heat as electric energy at a time of controlling the actual flow.SOLUTION: A turbine flow control device includes: a power generation unit 306; and a turbine 308. The power generation unit 306 includes a rotor 6; and a stator 7, and the rotor 6 includes a ring 6-1 in which a permanent magnet is incorporated; and an impeller 6-2 integrally provided in the ring 6-1. The impeller 6-2 of the rotor 6 is assumed as the turbine 308. A set flow having a value variable with a fluctuation in a load of a fluid supply destination is input to the turbine flow control device, and the turbine flow control device estimates an actual flow of a fluid flowing in a channel from a current angular velocity of the turbine 308 and a current torque of the power generation unit 306, and controls the torque of the power generation unit 306 so that this estimated actual flow matches the set flow. |
