<p>An apparatus for determining partial discharge according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an information collecting unit which collects partial discharge information of each of power devices for which a partial discharge signal has been sensed; and a control unit which analyzes the partial discharge pattern of each of the power devices on the basis of the collected partial discharge information, and which determines whether there is any combination of power devices having a partial discharge pattern similarity of more than a predetermined level, and, in the present invention, if there is any combination of power devices having the partial discharge pattern similarity of more than the predetermined level, the control unit: selects the power devices forming the combination; searches for a first power device for which the largest partial discharge signal has been sensed among the selected power devices; chooses a reference power device constituting a reference for determining the partial discharge on the basis of the first power device; and determines the power device producing the partial discharge and the power device in which partial discharge interference has occurred, on the basis of the first power device or the reference power device.</p> |
