The invention relates to a method for allocation for elevators in elevator systems, comprising the steps: identifying at least one passenger 10, 11, 13; searching for the group or the groups the at least one passenger is assigned to in an internal database or assigning the at least one passenger to a group or to groups, where the assignment is based on information of an internal database; and calling an elevator car 1, 2 for this at least one passenger and assigning to this elevator car the destination F10 of one group the at least one passenger is assigned to. The invention further relates to elevator systems that are designed to execute this method. |
