The invention relates to a machine comprising a frame (1) having a horizontal bed plate and a stationary vertical support (3), with heated moulds (2) and (4) disposed in the bed plate and the stationary support (3), as well as comprising a removable support (13) including a push element (15) for pushing the tyre located on the moulds (2) and (4), wherein said push element (15) can pivot and be actuated by a hydraulic cylinder (16). The machine also comprises an independent mould (8) forming a shell for repairing the bead of the tyre, as well as comprising an upper tensioning bridge (17) disposed horizontally between the stationary (3) and removable (13) supports. A runner (19) is provided on the bridge (17), together with means for driving the repair lug into the tread of the tyre. |
