PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shovel in which driving of electric equipment during low DC bus voltage is prevented.SOLUTION: A hybrid shovel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an engine 11, a motor generator 12 connected to the engine 11, an inverter 18 connected to the motor generator 12, a DC bus 110 connected to the inverter 18, a step-up/down converter 100 connected to the DC bus 110, a capacitor 19 connected to the step-up/down converter 100, and a controller 30. The controller 30 causes the inverter 18 connected to the DC bus 110 to be driven when a voltage of the DC bus 110 is equal to or higher than a prescribed voltage in starting of the hybrid shovel. |
