The invention relates to a machine which is designed to prepare the body physically and mentally prior to sports practice. The inventive machine consists of a vibrating structure comprising an integrated electric motor of the external vibrator type, which moves the entire structure of the machine. In addition, the machine comprises a vertical part having tubular edges which curve such as to form a horizontal rectangular base on which the user places his/her feet in order to feel the vibrations. The lower part of the machine comprises four support legs, each of said legs being equipped with an anti-vibration rubber mount at the end thereof. Moreover, horizontal bars are disposed between the two parallel vertical bars and the electric motor is connected between two of said horizontal bars. In this way, the machine can be used to produce vibrations and provide a full massage from the head to the feet.
