a base layer; and a planarization layer that is on the base layer and comprises a binder, a first particle, of which a refractive index is 1.8 or more and an average diameter is 50 nm or less, and a second particle, of which a refractive index is lower than a refractive indices of the binder and the first particle and an average diameter is 100 nm or more, a ratio (A/B) of a weight (A) of the first particle and a weight (B) of the second particle being from 0.8 to 8. |
