PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity with appropriate information for appealing the commodity.SOLUTION: A commodity information processing device 100 obtains a reply of a questionnaire of a customer, extracts a keyword from the reply of the questionnaire, and holds so as to associate the customer and the keyword. Every time a commodity is purchased by the customer, the commodity information processing device 100 totalizes the keywords of customers corresponding to the commodity purchased by the customer. The commodity information processing device 100 extracts keywords common to a plurality of customers on the basis of the totalized keywords of the plurality of customers corresponding to the commodity, and stores them in a storage device so as to associate the extracted keywords with the commodity. |
