<p>A cleaning apparatus (1), which rotary-transfers a subject to be cleaned, and cleans the subject is provided with: a first operation chamber (100), in which the subject is attached and detached; a second operation chamber (200), in which the subject is cleaned; a third operation chamber (300), in which the subject is dried; a first partitioning member (7) that partitions the apparatus into the operation chambers; an outer peripheral wall (31), with which outer periphery of each of the operation chambers is covered; an arm (42) that extends in the diameter direction with respect to a first rotating shaft (51) for the rotary transfer; and a table (45) that is disposed at one end section of the arm (42). The first partitioning member (7), the arm (42), and the table (45) rotate in the horizontal direction with the first rotating shaft (51) at the center.</p> |
