<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver to be mounted to an end of an electric motor, while a coil of the resolver is protected and waterproof property of the resolver is secured. <P>SOLUTION: Terminals 38 to 43 are insert-molded so as to expose the both end parts, into a first resin layer 34 that externally molds a stator core 33. A coil 35 wound around the stator core 33 via the first resin layer 34 is connected to one end of the terminals 38 to 43. At least a second resin layer 36 covering the coil 35 and the first resin layer 34 are covered with a third resin layer 37 that closes the opposite side to a motor case 5, is formed so as to leave the motor case 5 side open, and is mounted to the motor case 5 via seal members 51. A coupler part 37a that surrounds the other end of the terminals 38 to 43 is integrally formed with the third resin layer 37, and the second resin layer 36 is molded applying a lower pressure than a pressure applied to the third resin layer 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
