The invention relates to a device for cultivation of microorganisms.The aim of the present invention is to develop a device for cultivating microorganisms, which ensures the sterility of the process, and maintains stable mixing conditions in different scales of reactors.The device for cultivation of microorganisms includes a reactor vessel and magnetic coupling drive unit for ensuring mixing, consisting of the driven rotors with blades, permanent magnets are placedin the rotors, and driving magnetic rotors, which are arranged on the shaft inside the tube. The tube with the help of flange is tightly connected to the body but inside of tube is shaft, which is based on the hubs of bearing units.The driven rotor sliding bearing is made of zirconium oxide, and support is supported by the hub, where rigid bearing of silicon carbide is placed.In such way one, two or more pairs of driven rotors and driving rotors can be installed. |
