FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics, particularly to cooling heat-dissipating elements of electronic equipment. The evaporative cooling system for a light-emitting diode (LED) module consists of a base made of highly heat-conductive material on which there are LEDs, a microporous structure adjoining the heat-conductive base, which is located between the heat-conductive base and a heatsink, having channels under the LEDs perpendicular to the mounting plane of the LEDs such that parts of the heat-conductive base adjoining the ends of the channels form, in maximum proximity to the p-n junctions of the LEDs, an intensifying heat-exchange surface made of porous material, wherein each channel is partitioned off by a funnel with a steam pipe such that the funnel adjoins the intensifying surface with the upper part.EFFECT: proving highly efficient removal of heat from each of semiconductor LEDs assembled into a module with minimum resistance to heat transfer and minimum effect of uncondensed impurities.1 dwg |
