<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image capturing device capable of surely preventing a vertical streak from appearing in image data even when switching a power supply mode. <P>SOLUTION: A radiographic image capturing device 1 includes a bias power source 14 for applying bias voltage Vbias to each radiation detection element 7 on a detection part P, can switch a power supply mode for supplying electric power to each function part between an awakening mode Mw and a sleep mode Ms, and is constituted not so as to return the power supply mode to the awakening mode Mw until voltage Vb applied to each radiation detection element 7 from the bias power source 14 increases from the bias voltage Vbias to a predetermined voltage value Vth after switching the power supply mode from the awakening mode Mw to the sleep mode Ms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
