<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly supply power from a battery of an electric vehicle to electric apparatuses of a consumer while always securing an sufficient residual capacity of the battery of the electric vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 8 sets an upper limit set value and a lower limit set value of the residual capacity according to history and schedule information stored in a storage unit on the usage of individual electric apparatuses 5 and an electric vehicle B, then stores the values in the storage unit. The controller 8 obtains the present residual capacity of a battery 4 from a battery controller of the electric vehicle B and obtains the lower limit set value of the residual capacity of the battery 4 from the storage unit, and decides whether the present residual capacity of the battery 4 is less than the lower limit set value of the residual capacity.
