The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aluminum power line capable of preventing ice coating. The technical point is to provide the manufacturing method of the aluminum power line capable of preventing ice coating, comprising; a first step of forming an irregular structure on the surface of an aluminum power line with a mechanical processing method; a second step of etching the surface of the aluminum power line where the irregular structure is formed after the first step; and a third step of coating the surface of the aluminum power line after the etching with a coating agent composition which is formed by adding one or more silane among perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane which is an active silane, octadecyl trichlorosilane, and trichioroheptadeca fluorodecylsilane to a solvent and stirring the same. Therefore, the damage of the power line caused by the rain and ice coating in winter season is prevented by modifying the surface of the aluminum power line mechanically chemically and coating the surface with a nano hybrid insulating resin and improving the water repellency as a certain standard. Moreover, a problem by the freezing of the power line installed in extreme locations is overcome. |
