Provided are an organic compound represented by Chemical Formula 1, and an organic electroluminescent element including the same. In the Chemical Formula 1, Ar1, Ar2, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and, L are the same as defined in the specification, wherein Ar1 and Ar2 each are a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted pyridyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted pyrimidyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted triazinyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted naphthyl group; a substituent when the Ar1 and Ar2 are substituted, can include at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, heavy hydrogen (D), halogen, CN, Si(CH_3)_3, CF_3, a nitro group, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl groups of C1 to C10, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl groups of C3 to C10, substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy groups of C1 to C10, a phenyl group, a pyridyl group, and a pyrimidyl group; and a spiro structure can be formed with having carbon atoms coupled to the Ar1 and Ar2 as spiro atoms, by coupling the Ar1 to Ar2 together so as to form cycloalkyls of C3 to C5.
