A laser projector according to the present invention comprises: a light source equipped with red (R) laser, green (G) laser, and blue (B) laser, which generates a laser beam; and a speckle restraint unit which restrains speckles from the laser beam provided from the light source. The speckle restraint unit comprises: a phase modulation mirror which restrains speckles by reflecting the laser beam from the light source, and by modulating the phase and angle of the laser beam; and a movement stage coupled to the phase modulation mirror, which moves the phase modulation mirror. According to an embodiment of the present invention, speckles can be restrained by the speckle restraint unit of simple formation, equipped with the phase modulation mirror and the movement stage, as phase of the laser beam provided from the light source is modulated not to be recognized by human eyes. The optical loss can be also minimized and a high resolution may be implemented on a screen by the restraint of speckles. |
