The present invention relates to a suture device which can maintain the suture pattern and the applied force in an automated matter and quickly and precisely suture a target area. More specifically, the suture device includes: a cartridge supplying a suture thread; a needle unit which receives the suture thread supplied from the cartridge to penetrate the target area to enable the suture thread to pass through; a thread catching unit which catches the suture thread penetrating through the target area by the needle unit to move backward; a thread clamping unit which pulls the suture thread caught by the thread catching unit through a first loop; a fixing unit which is inserted to a second loop when the thread clamping unit is operated; a first knot pusher which pushes the suture thread pulled by the thread clamping unit to the target area to tie a first knot; a thread fixing unit which takes and fixes the suture thread passing through the second loop from the cartridge rotating after the fixing unit returns to the original position after the first knot pusher is operated; and a second knot pusher which pushes the suture thread caught by the thread fixing unit after the thread fixing unit returns to the original position to tie a second knot. The components are rotated or move in all four directions in a reciprocating motion in a case to supply the suture thread, suture, and tie the suture thread two times the automated manner to replace the human.
