A device for discharging small-grained medicine by fixed dosage and an apparatus for packing small-grained medicine with the same are provided to discharge small-grained medicine by fixed dosage and to distinguish small-grained medicine by fixed dosage. The device for discharging small-grained medicine by fixed dosage of the present invention comprises: a storage unit where small-grained medicine is accommodated; a fixed dosage conveying unit that conveys a fixed dosage of small-grained medicine from the storage unit to a distanced discharge point; and a guide unit that guides the fixed dosage of small-grained medicine conveyed from the discharge point to a destination previously set.
