<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive thermoplastic resin film having excellent adhesiveness with a functional layer at high temperature in high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The easily adhesive thermoplastic resin film includes a coated layer at least on one surface of a thermoplastic resin film.
