摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately measure the volume of bubble that contacts an inner wall surface of a liquid receiving chamber without requiring complex image processing. <P>SOLUTION: The bubble volume measuring method includes: a step of causing the inner wall surface 6a of the liquid receiving chamber 8 to face downward and level to hold a liquid receiving container 1; a step of imaging the bubble 18 in a horizontal direction; a step of obtaining positions of first and second points P1, P2 at the furthest part in a horizontal shaft direction on an outline of the bubble 18 in the captured image, obtaining a position of the third point P3 positioned at the lowermost part, and obtaining a position of a contact part contacting the wall surface 6a; and a step of calculating the volume of the bubble 18 by assuming a shape of the bubble 18 as a shape in which an upper part than the contact part is removed from a virtual spheroidal shape formed by one-time rotation of the virtual spheroidal shape around a short axis with a line segment for connecting the first and second points P1, P2 as a long axis, and a line segment for connecting a virtual point P4 symmetrical to the third point P3 with respect to the long axis and the third point as the short axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
