<p>PURPOSE: A heat pump device is provided to ensure high-efficiency heat exchange by employing a small, high-efficiency air heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump device comprises a compressor, an air heat exchanger, and a user heat exchanger. The air heat exchanger is a plate-fin type heat exchanger in which plate elements(8) for refrigerant and plate elements(9) for air are laminated. The plate elements for refrigerant allow refrigerant to flow therein. A refrigerant accelerating unit is installed in the plate elements for refrigerant to increase the flow rate of the refrigerant.
