The present invention relates to an evaporator defrosting system for frozen storage. The purpose of the present invention is to enable the defrosting system installed to remove frost to improve efficiency of a condenser and a compressor, and to minimize additional power consumption due to the defrosting system. In a freezing system, a coolant is compressed by a compressor, and sent to a condenser to be liquefied. The liquefied coolant is sent to the evaporator through an expansion valve, and the coolant evaporated by the evaporator is sent to the compressor. In the evaporator defrosting system, the evaporated coolant is sent to a plurality of defrost nozzles injecting water stored in the water tank to the evaporator by a pump, and receives the injected water on a lower water receiver to send the received water to the water tank again. The present invention is to invent the defrosting system characterized by comprising a water tank heating pipe heating water due to a passage wherein the hot coolant compressed by the compressor and is sent to the condenser flowing pass through the water tank; and a temperature sensor sensing the temperature of the water tank. |
