Disclosed are a lower limb gait assistant robot and a gait assistant robot assisting in recovery of people with severe disabilities. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a lower limb exoskeleton connecting unit fixed to a fixing unit of a wheelchair and capable of adjusting distance and rotation from the fixing unit; lower limb exoskeleton thigh part positioned on the thigh of a person with a severe disability and rotated by being connected to the lower limb exoskeleton connecting unit; a lower limb exoskeleton shank part positioned on the shank of the person with a severe disability and rotated by being connected to the lower limb exoskeleton thigh part; and a lower limb exoskeleton foot part positioned on the foot part of the person with a severe disability and rotated by being connected to the lower limb exoskeleton shank part. Therefore, the present invention can reduce boarding times, physical burden, and pain generation of a boarding person (person with a severe disability) and an assisting person. |
