<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control method for executing display control for efficiently and surely searching images for displaying a plurality of reduced images on a screen display section, a display control device to be controlled by this method, and a camera provided with the device. <P>SOLUTION: The display control device causes an image display section 18 to display a reduced image 19 of the image on the basis of date/time information accompanying to the image data. The display control device performs control so that a date/time sequence in which a plurality of date/times in a predetermined range are arranged is displayed; reduced images having the date/time information belonging to the date/time range in each of date/time ranges of this date/time sequence are set as a group of reduced images; the group of reduced images are displayed so as to be arranged in a direction different from the date/time sequence with respect to the date/time sequence; the date/time information accompanying to a reference image is used as the reference date/time among the group of reduced images, when an instruction for switching the date/time range is issued; and a new date/time sequence to be newly set in a predetermined range, on the basis of the reference date/time and a group of reduced images corresponding to the newly set date/time sequence are displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
