<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of highly accurately manufacturing homogeneous solidifying material for grouting in which white turbidity and generation of a partial gel are controlled, and which has desired pH. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solidifying material for grouting comprises mixing colloidal silica, sodium silicate, and an acid aqueous solution in which the acid concentration is 4-35 mass%, and is characterized in that (1) an acid stock solution having the acid concentration of 50-80 mass% and water which are used in order to prepare the acid aqueous solution are separately measured beforehand, and (2) in a container which prepares the solidifying material for grouting, the feeding of the water is begun first, then the feeding of the acid stock solution is begun, and subsequently, the feeding of the remaining components is begun in a random order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
