METHOD FOR LOADING PLURAL SPECIMENS ON ONE GRID FOR OBSERVING TEM AND SPECIMEN LOADING DEVICE

A method for loading plural specimens on one grid for observing with TEM and a specimen loading device are provided to load a plurality of specimens on one grid during observation of the specimens with TEM and to observe a plurality of specimens with only one time of TEM equipment setting. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (A) horizontally mounting a mask with one or a plurality of openings which are half the size of the area of effective unit of a grid or smaller at a certain height of vertical top of one area of the grid placed horizontally; (B) horizontally mounting an ultrasonic vibrator at a certain height of vertical top of the mask opening for a fog plate to face downward; (C) loading a specimen solution on the top surface of the ultrasonic vibrator and operating the ultrasonic vibrator; and (D) replacing or cleaning the ultrasonic vibrator and mask in another area that does not overlap with the one area of the grid and repeating the steps of (A) to (C) with another specimen solution.
