The present invention relates to a method and a system for protecting a local environment of a terminal corresponding to a malicious code of link information whereby unauthorized installation of an malicious code, installed when texts or images included e-mails or posts in various web pages are selected, is prevented. The method includes: a link information identification step by a link information identifying module for identifying existence of link information to be received by a common communication module and then changing a communication protocol set in an access route of the link information; a virtual communication module execution step by a virtual communication module for executing communication access through the access route of the communication protocol which is changed after identifying contents selection of the user; and a contents execution step by the virtual communication module for storing external data, received through the access route, in a virtual area generated in the terminal. |
