An electronic apparatus and a power controlling method thereof are provided to perform an intermittent PWM motion according to a power supply level of a second side, to supply a stable standby power, and to maintain the standby power consumed in a standby mode to be close to 0 watt. The electronic apparatus of the present invention is provided by comprising: a system unit that receives power supply to be operated; a PWM creating unit that creates a PWM signal; a converting unit that conveys the power supply of a first side to a second side according to the output voltage of the PWM creating unit; and a power supply unit comprising an output unit that supplies the power supply of the second side of the converting unit to the system unit as a standby power, the PWM creating unit receiving the feedback of the voltage of the second side of the converting unit, the PWM signal being turned on/off according to the level of voltage of the second side, the power supply to the composition excluding a feedback unit of the voltage of the second side being blocked in the section where the PWM signal is turned off.
