<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an undercut take-out device for an injection mold, and to reduce costs by simplification of the production process and improvement of productivity.SOLUTION: An undercut take-out device for an injection mold includes lower original plate provided with a sliding part including a molding hole formed between the lower original plate and a fixed plate 120, with one side opened, a storage hole formed so as to communicate with the lower side of the molding hole and a pin guide hole, an ejector plate 220 provided with a fixed eject pin 210 for taking out an injected product through an ascending/descending operation, guide shafts 230 which are formed on both sides of the ejector plate and support the operation of the ejector plate, and a molding core including a drive shaft 310 which is reciprocated through an ascending/descending operation of the ejector plate, a molding unit 320 bonded to the upper side of the drive shaft and power providing means 330 which is bonded to the lower end of the drive shaft and provides an elastic force so as to operate the drive shaft.</p> |
