<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition having both of high flame retardancy and adhesiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises, as essential components, an acid group-containing vinyl ester resin (A) having a radical polymerizable unsaturated double bond (i) and a carboxyl group (ii) obtained in the following process, a photopolymerization initiator (B), and an epoxy resin (C). The resin (A) is obtained by allowing a phosphorus atom-containing epoxy resin (A-1), which has a resin structure obtained by the reaction of a phosphorus atom-containing oligomer (α) having a molecular structure expressed by structural formula (1) and a polyfunctional epoxy resin (β), to react with an unsaturated group-containing monocarboxylic acid (A-2) and a polybasic acid anhydride (A-3). In formula (1), X represents a phosphorus atom-containing structure moiety; Y represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>represents a hydrogen atom or the like; and n is an integer of 1 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
