<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding diagnosis system of a rotary machine capable of diagnosing quality of a stator winding of the rotary machine in the state where a rotor is mounted therewith. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of normal rotary machines of the same model number are prepared, and impulse voltages are applied to the stator windings of respective interphases to the respective positional states in the state positions of the rotor are made out in multiple kinds, and from voltage waveforms observed at this time, multiplication values LC and RC are calculated when a resistance of an equivalent circuit constant of a circuit composed of an impulse voltage generation circuit and a stator winding is expressed as R, an inductance is expressed as L and a capacitance is expressed as C. A memory which keeps for storing an inclination of a straight line or a segment obtainable when the plurality of values of LC and RC are two dimensionally distributed, and distances between points of LC, RC obtained at the time when the impulse voltage same as the aforementioned impulse voltage is applied in the rotary machine of the same model number as the aforementioned rotary machine at the diagnosing time and the straight line being stored in the memory, are calculated to diagnose the quality of the stator winding based on these calculated values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
