Disclosed are a terminal device, a method, and a network system for displaying a web page. The method for displaying a webpage according to the present invention comprises the steps of: displaying a web page; transmitting the displayed web page information to at least one nearby terminal device in order to display the webpage in at least one nearby terminal device; editing or changing the webpage according to first control information about the webpage; transmitting the first control information to at least one nearby terminal device; receiving second control information about the webpage from at least one nearby terminal device; and editing or changing the webpage according to the second control information. Therefore, the present invention can share the same webpage with multiple terminal devices, and control of changing and editing etc. about the webpage can be shared with the multiple terminal devices.
