TEST TRAY FOR SECONDARY CELL

The present invention relates to a test tray for a secondary cell. The present invention provides the test tray for the secondary cell comprising; a frame which has a receiving space wherein a secondary cell is received on the inner side; and a lift which is installed to be able to move within the receiving space of one side of the frame in a vertical direction. The lower end of the secondary cell which is inserted into the receiving space is placed at one side of the lift. The test tray for the secondary cell comprises; a vertical movement power providing unit which is connected to one side of the lift and provides vertical movement power to the lift; and a guide unit which is installed on one side of the frame wherein the receiving space is formed and guides one side of the secondary cell which is inserted into the receiving space and guides the secondary cell to a predetermined position. The lift moves between an inserting position which is moved to the upper side and places the secondary cell and a receiving position which is moved to the lower side from the inserting position. The secondary cell is received within the receiving space. According to the present invention, an operation in which the secondary cell is inserted into an area between receiving spaces, namely a pair of contact plates is executed on the top of the frame. Receiving spaces corresponding to the number of secondary cells of a transfer tray are formed. Therefore, costs can be reduced largely because the additional purchase or manufacture to have storage efficiency corresponding to the storage efficiency of the transfer tray is not required. Moreover, the productivity of the secondary cell can be improved largely by testing many secondary cells with one process.
