Provided are a method for preparing fermented ginseng, fermented ginseng prepared thereby, a composition for preparing fermented ginseng capable of being applied to the method; and a method for preparing the composition. The method for preparing fermented ginseng comprises the steps of: (A) preparing a composition for manufacturing fermented ginseng containing red ginseng, dried ginseng, barley, malt, and Shin-goak; (B) obtaining a culture medium by adding water to the composition and culturing the mixture with a suspension; (C) obtaining an immersed substance by immersing the dried ginseng in the culture medium; (D) obtaining a fermented substance by fermenting the immersed substance; (E) obtaining a steamed substance by steaming the fermented substance; (F) obtaining an aged substance by aging the steamed substance; and (G) obtaining a dried substance by drying the aged substance. The present invention can be used to effectively prepare fermented ginseng which is like red ginseng. |
